Exchange and Return Policy
At Yes or Yes, you can make a return within a maximum period of 15 days from the day of receipt. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse it.
Returns due to damage or defects will be exchanged for an identical item and will be sent with the customer's next order. In the event that the defective product is out of stock, we will create a coupon for that amount for your next purchase.
For returns due to personal reasons, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We accept merchandise exchanges, but not refunds (if you do not want to exchange for anything, we will create a coupon).
First and foremost, items must be returned in the condition in which you received them.
Delayed delivery of merchandise due to external factors will not be grounds for a return.
